An immersive series to deepen your knowledge and practice of mindfulness concepts introduced in the Explorations Series, applied to areas of our life and work to support overall wellbeing. 

Over six months, The Champions Program explores balance and boundaries, rest and sleep, connection and relationship, resilience, and compassionate leadership – offering simple, yet effective tools for wellbeing that are grounded in mindfulness to support you, your team, and your broader organization.

In each module, you'll have the opportunity to learn and practice breath, movement, journaling, and reflection with colleagues across the globe and apply these tools to your life and work in between sessions.

*Although attending the Explorations Series is recommended before attending the Champions Program, it is not a prerequisite.

module one: balance & boundaries 
We will explore the importance of balance, its effects on the nervous system, its influence on our mind, and the relationship that boundaries play in creating and maintaining a state of balance.

module two: connection & relationship
We will explore what influences our capacity for connection, while offering some simple practices to help you support friends, family and colleagues.  

module three: rest & sleep
We will examine how to engage in a contemplative and embodied exploration of sleep and rest, and offer you some micro-practices to enhance relaxation and opportunity for quality rest.

module four: resilience
We will explore the capacity for resilience that already exists within you and in your life, and how to harness your inner strength and fortitude when you feel you need it most.  

module five: compassionate leadership
We will explore the roles of empathy, compassion for self and others, and compassionate leadership, and the practical ways to apply them in everyday situations.

  • While the Champions Program is built on the foundation that we laid together during the Explorations Series, if you weren’t able to attend the Explorations Series, you are still encouraged to join us.

  • No. While the modules do build on each other and we encourage you to attend the full journey, you do not need to attend all of the modules.

  • The Champions Program is only offered in English.

  • Sometimes computer/laptop security settings prevent attendees from joining the workshops. When this happens, try opening the link from a different browser.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot adjust the time zone on our end. Please take note of the time zone that is indicated, and adjust accordingly from your end.
