Joseph is all aquiver to be a Peace on Purpose facilitator. He is a public servant, professor, and all-around adventurer on a mission to spread positivity and inspire others to be their best selves. With a wealth of experience and a passion for mindfulness and leadership, Joseph is your ordinary Joe trying to make this a good moment. His journey began at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he studied systems engineering and honed his leadership skills. From there, he completed a Master's degree at The George Washington University and went on to earn his Ph.D. researching the benefits of mindfulness training for college students. He has traveled to many continents, sailed around the world with the Institute for Shipboard Education’s Semester at Sea, and has lived in Turkey, Okinawa, and Germany. His work with various service-learning programs in Nicaragua and Tanzania has made a vital difference in communities all over the globe. Joseph is an activist and actionist for human flourishing, always looking for ways to make the world a better, peace filled, happier place.
