Nyakinyua is passionate about using the vast tools and techniques of yoga and psychology to inspire self-discovery, resilience, and personal growth. Guided by her own transformative experience with yoga, she holds a deep belief in the power of yoga and mindfulness to foster meaningful change. Nyakinyua enjoys holding space for others, supporting them in tapping into their inner resources to lead more fulfilled lives.
With over 10 years of experience, Nyakinyua has facilitated and implemented trauma-informed yoga programs and mindfulness trainings for diverse communities across East Africa and globally. She holds a 200-hour yoga training certificate from Africa Yoga Project, a 200-hour Yoga Psychotherapy certification from Yoga Zama (USA), and has trained as a psychological counselor in Kenya, among other qualifications.
