There will be moments when we feel challenged beyond what is safe, are in urgent need of support, or are overwhelmed and unsure of what we need to tend to our wellbeing.

For some, it could feel like reaching a breaking point, anxiety, depression or disconnection. For others it could show up in different ways or shift moment to moment. To support you when you are feeling stretched, the practices found here offer a sense of calm, stability, and connection to the present moment.

Seated Walking
with Josh Blatter

This guided mindful movement practice is a gentle way to reconnect with your body, especially in times of difficulty or heightened stress. From a seated position in a chair, you will be invited into light movements of your feet, ankles and legs, as if you were walking in place.

Settling Into the Exhale
with Josh Blatter

This guided breath-based practice calls upon the support of your exhale breath to help your body and mind settle into the present moment. This practice may be useful in the times when your mind is racing, and you are having difficulty finding focus.

Finger Flicking
with Josh Blatter

Letting go in situations in which we can’t control the outcome is difficult and this practice may be of support when you are navigating a challenge. In this guided practice, you will be invited to gently move your hands, flick your fingers and to find purposeful breath as a tool to connect with the feeling of letting go.
